DIALLURE selected for "APT Women"

Our company representative, Mariko Yanaka, has been selected as part of the 9th batch of APT Women, a Tokyo Metropolitan Government initiative to promote the growth of female ventures.

■ Message on participating in "APT Women"

I was happy to see the customers in front of me happy, and as I continued to work day by day, I realized that the company was in its 10th year. I am extremely honored to have been selected as an APT Women in this milestone year.

I first encountered lab-grown diamonds in 2021. At the time, I was concerned about the environmental and labor issues hidden behind diamonds. I wanted to deal with diamonds that are beautiful even in the context of how they were created. For me, the existence of lab-grown diamonds made with new technology has broadened my world, and I still remember the shock I felt when I ordered the real thing as if it were yesterday.

Through our participation in APT Women, we will work even harder to deliver the appeal of lab-grown diamonds to as many people as possible and to have them purchase our jewelry. We also aim to scale up our business, keeping in mind our original goal at the time of our founding: "to create a company where women do not give up on their careers."
