Our company representative, Mariko Yanaka, has been selected as part of the 9th batch of APT Women, a Tokyo Metropolitan Government initiative to promote the growth of women-run ventures.
■ Message from Participant in "APT Women"
I was happy to see the customers in front of me happy, and as I continued to work hard day by day, I realized that the company was in its 10th year. I am extremely honored to have been selected as an APT Woman in this milestone year.
I first encountered lab-grown diamonds in 2021. At the time, I was concerned about the environmental and labor issues hidden behind diamonds. I wanted to handle diamonds that were beautiful, even down to the background to their creation. For me, the existence of lab-grown diamonds made with new technology opened up a whole new world for me, and I still remember the shock I felt when I ordered a real one as if it were yesterday.
Through our participation in APT Women, we will work even harder to share the appeal of lab-grown diamonds with as many people as possible and to encourage them to try our jewelry. We also aim to scale our business, keeping in mind our original vision of "creating a company where women don't give up on their careers."

What is APT Women?
It is the largest support program in Japan specializing in supporting female entrepreneurs, and has so far supported 240 companies, raising a total of approximately 19.8 billion yen in funding, and partnering with over 743 major companies.
We provide programs for growth-oriented female ventures that allow them to acquire the management knowledge, skills, and networks necessary for scaling up and expanding overseas. Selected candidates will also be offered overseas programs, supporting female entrepreneurs who aim to be active on the world stage from Tokyo.
