Yes, we also carry fancy colored diamonds. For fancy colors, lab-grown diamonds in particular are increasingly available.
Rare colored diamonds that are difficult to obtain in nature can also be obtained with lab-grown diamonds. Please feel free to contact us if there is a color or cut you are looking for.
About lab-grown diamonds

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds that are created in a lab. Compared to natural diamonds that take a long time to be created underground, diamonds are attracting attention as a new era diamond that is ethical and has excellent cost performance.
At DIALLURE, we handle both diamonds and lab-grown diamonds.

No, even an appraiser cannot tell the difference between these two diamonds. Commercially available diamond testers will also identify both as diamonds. Identification is possible for the first time using advanced identification equipment.
DIALLURE is also a member of an industry organization and handles lab-grown diamonds and diamonds separately under strict management.
The type of diamond is also listed on the certificate.
A. Yes, lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds. It has the same chemical and optical properties as natural diamond.
A. no. Moissanite is an imitation stone that is easy to identify as it shines differently from diamond and has different chemical and optical characteristics. DIALLURE does not carry moissanite.
A. Lab-grown diamonds are created in a lab over several months. Currently, two manufacturing methods have been established: CVD and HPHT.

A. TYPE IIA diamonds are rare and valuable diamonds, with only 2% of natural diamonds existing. All lab-grown diamonds handled by DIALLURE are TYPE IIA, so you have the advantage of being able to choose higher quality diamonds.
About ordering engagement rings
A. Normally delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks. If you are in a hurry, please contact us.
A. Regarding the products posted on the site, our concierge selects and selects the products that are good in appearance and have the best cost performance according to the 4Cs listed. If you would like to choose your own diamond or would like to choose a different grade of diamond, please feel free to contact us.

If you don't know your ring size, we can lend you a ring gauge to measure your ring size free of charge.
In the case of a surprise proposal, if it is difficult to obtain your partner's ring size, we can make the ring in a temporary size and have it resized after the proposal (free of charge within one year). In that case, if the band has too many diamonds, it will be difficult to make a major resizing. If you are unsure, please contact us in advance as we will be happy to advise you.

The natural diamonds handled by DIALLURE are procured in accordance with the Kimberley Process, which prohibits the handling of conflict diamonds, which are considered ethically problematic.

About maintenance

When diamonds absorb oil, their shine becomes dull. The sebum on your hands also contains oil, so you can clean them by washing them with a special cleaner or with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent. After cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth and dry thoroughly.
Also, if you order regular cleaning, you will be able to maintain the shine for a longer period of time. Cleaning is free (customer pays shipping costs), so please feel free to contact us.
A. You can request regular cleaning after purchase. You will be responsible for shipping the item to our store, and we will send it back to you with cash on delivery. Cleaning is free of charge. In addition, there will be a charge for polishing the bare metal. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

About fitting samples
A. Normally, we ship within 3 business days, but we will check the stock status after receiving your order and notify you of the delivery date in advance. About repairs and returns

DIALLURE allows you to return items purchased from our site for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
We take every possible measure to inspect the product before shipping, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product due to an accident during transportation, we will accept a replacement.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please have your proof of purchase ready and contact customer service.
