After ordering a try-on kit and having an online consultation, is it okay if I don't end up purchasing the item?
Yes. Please feel free to apply for virtual foreign trade, even if you just want to consult with us.
Can you advise me on whether diamonds or lab-grown diamonds are right for me?
Of course. All of DIALLURE's concierges have completed the CGL diamond course. They will support you in choosing your diamond with the right knowledge.
Do you offer overseas shipping?
Currently, we do not offer this product for overseas shipments.
Can I rent just the fitting kit without an online consultation?
Semi-custom orders require detailed explanations, so we ask that you always use our services in conjunction with a consulting service.
How can I pay?
We accept various credit cards and cash transfers. In the case of cash transfers, you can make two payments: half at the time of ordering and half at the time of delivery.
